   Hi Renee,
   My son is at Camp Geiger-Golf Co. and I'm planning on attending his graduation from MCT on Sept. 1st. I thought about staying at Camp Lejeune, however, I heard that there might be hotels closer to Camp Geiger. Do you know?

   Hey there!! My son was at MCT back in July. I go to his graduation and I stayed at a hotel in town. There are several in that area. Both bases are very close together with the town being in the middle. I didn't make a reservation just walked in and was able to get a room. I cannot for the life in me remember the name of the hotel, but there are tons in that area. If you need other info please send me a message. Good Luck!! Renee

   Hi Renee!!! How are you? Did Glenn's leave go by as fast as Jeremiah's did? I wanted to get your address. I am glad to read that Glenn was able to start MCT training on time. Guess what? Jeremiah was 1 of the 50 to 70 guys who was randomly selected for delayed entry because they are backed up. =( It was really sad. He will be there for a minimum of 6 weeks as of now, but it could be even longer! What bad luck huh? Ugh. Tell everyone I said hi please...I miss ya'll!

   Hey Jamie!! Everyone has asked if I have heard from you. We so miss you too!! Genn's leave was fast and he left Monday on a bus for North Carolina. He texted Cali and said they were taking his phone and he would begin training. I hate that Jeremy is held up. I had read that could happen and worried it might. Did his leave go OK?    I am sure your son will be fine too. My boyfriend's name is Jeremiah Cruz, he will be 20 soon. We are both from California, 29 palms actually (huge marine corps base). I talked with his sister today and let her know my plans, so I am for sure going with you and your family. I am so appreciative that you made this happen for me. I will send you my flight information when I have it handy. I know I fly into Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport or something like that, it isn't too far from you is it?    That is awesome!! The airport, Hartsfield as we call it, is about 40 minutes away from our home. My husband works there. As soon as you can let me know the time your flight arrives so I can have someone, probably Cali, there to pick you up. I will call you soon so we can talk, or you can call me.    Hi Renee. I was sorry to read about your son's knee, he said he'd be alright though? I am sure with the great physical condition he is in that he will be able to make it through the Crucible just fine, and he'll have all the other guys there to help him through. I am glad that it is nothing serious.
   I am going to call his family tomorrow and beg them to still come down on Friday eventhough I won't be needing a ride. Hopefully they still will. But yes, I am almost positive that I want to go down with you and your family. It seems like such a wonderful arrangement and I am so thankful that you are helping me to be there. I am so thankful and grateful for you and the offer. I will message you tomorrow after I talk with his family. Thanks again so much!!! I really look forward to meeting you and your family!

   I am sure he will be fine, he better be. My mom is a retired nurse and she said it really is the better of the strains. He was running in a field in tall grass and turned his knee. I am so glad you are going with us. I talked with my family and we all agree that if you can be there for him and there is room with us, you should be there. What is your boyfriends name and how old is he. My son's name is Robert "Glenn" Hurt and he is 22 years old. It would be cool if they were already good friends. Is he from California or Georgia? Talk with his family and yours and I will be glad to talk with your family to reassure them you will be taken care of and safe. If his family just cannot make it, although it is a great ceremony, we have room for both of you and room to get you back to ATL. Text me or better yet call. Talk with your soon

   Hi, I hope you had a great Mother's Day. There is no doubt in my mind that you are a great family, espcially when you are such a kind, generous and helpful woman! I'm a little crazy myself so I am sure that I can keep up with your family. haha. I am 20 so Cali and I are close in age, I'm sure we would relate to eachother and I would get along great with all of you. I really hope I can work things out and we can make this happen. I have a quick question, when are you and your family planning to leave on sat? I am just wondering because I am afaird that if I do go down with you, his sister will end up flaking out and not coming down at all. It's just a complicated situation with his side of the family, mine and I am all for it! I really look forward to meeting all of you. I will be messaging you more as I figure everything out. Thank you again soooo much! I am so appreciative!

   I had a very nice day!! We are coming back sometime Saturday after we all get up and get going. There is room for you guys to ride back as well. If his family should not come down, we can take air mattresses and you both can stay Friday night and ride back Saturday and get a ride from our house. I am sure we can make this happen.
